First Monthly Challenge – Check-in #2 – I’ve lost over two pounds

Here’s the latest on how things are going with my First Monthly Challenge. As a reminder, this one is to juice for three weeks. I have transitioned to blending the ingredients as you shall find out in this clip of me with quite disheveled shower hair.

Date: March 7, 2012

Starting Weight: 195 lbs

Current Weight: 192.8 lbs

Weight lost since last check-in: 2.2 lbs

Ideal Weight: 170 lbs

Feeling: Happy to see some progress

    I’m trying a modified version of juicing (juicing for 2 meals, one real meal), but I’m beginning to get headaches. Any tips?

    1. Thanks for the comment River, I am kind of finding my way myself so I am not sure that I have a great solution. I did switch to making smoothies and felt better as a result. I was feeling a little too low energy from simply juicing. Are you perhaps getting a headache because of caffeine withdrawal?
